Community Service Agreement to Area Churches

Citizens’ offers a community service agreement to minimize out-of-pocket expenses to members or guests of local churches if an ambulance is used while attending church services during Saturday or Sunday worship hours.

This offer also includes unique weekday or evening services that are held throughout the year on church grounds
(such as Good Friday or Lenten observances).

Lifeline Medical Alert
Lifeline Medical Alert provides seniors or disabled individuals with a personal security reponse system and an opportunity to remain independent in their own homes.
